     Been trying to update coworkers MaxiDAS DS708 for over a year. In my effort noticed problem with sd card not loading 90% of the time. Wrote to technical support a couple of times= no response. In another attempt, the unit mistakenly got switched to my Autel account (as the owner never had an account or forgot his information). I walked him through on creating an account, and we are unable to assign the unit back to him. I even attempted to copy the files over to a new SD card with no success. (Files are corrupted). Unit is semi-functional. He is eager to update his system but has issues. 1. cannot reassign to him. 2. SD card failure. Please Help. I will be guiding him through whatever process it takes and supplying you with whatever information you need. Thanks in advance. ****he did purchase the unit brand new. ****

     Please tell us the S/N and new ID, we can transfer the S/N to new ID. after that, please get a new SD card and login PC Suit to download software.

      SN:DS014Q002762. New ID: albert lacson   Thank you. I already brought a new SD card for him, but due to the status of the old card, having trouble transferring the vehicle makes. After the transfer will the vehicle makes and models (already purchased) download also (so that he may upgrade them)? Thank you for your response.

     Thanks for the response. Still working on getting all files back so upgrade can be performed. But, at least (with your help) II have a start. Thanks again.
